Plant-Based Chimichurri and Chickpeas

Ingredients
1 package Zesty Chimichurri Plant-Based Crumbles
1 #10 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), cooked
5 cups tomatoes, diced
1 cup parsley, chopped
Preparation
1) Drain cooked chickpeas
2) Mix chickpeas and tomatoes with the plant-based chimichurri in a full hotel pan
3) Prepare and cook plant-based chimichurri according to instructions
4) Sprinkle chopped parsley on top after cooking
5) Serve with white rice or sprinkle on top of salad
