Ingredients
1 package Proterra Savory Barbacoa-Inspired Plant-Based Crumbles
10 cups water
½ cup vegetable oil
1 #10 can black beans, cooked
Preparation
1) Drain cooked black beans
2) Mix plant-based barbacoa crumbles with water and oil according to instructions
3) Mix beans with the plant-based barbacoa crumbles in a full hotel pan
4) Cook plant-based barbacoa mixture according to instructions
5) Serve with white rice or corn tortillas on the side
